1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

"Business days" are strictly defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and national observances within the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Orders received after 17:00 PKT will commence processing on the subsequent business day.
1.2 Transit Timelines and National Dispatches
Monvero provides complimentary logistics and standard courier delivery ("Free Nationwide Shipping") across all accessible territories within Pakistan. The baseline transit matrix dictates a timeline of five to eight (5–8) business days post-dispatch for final consignment delivery. While Monvero employs premium tier-one domestic courier services to ensure prompt handling, transit durations are approximations and remain subject to external logistical variables, including but not limited to severe weather anomalies, civil disruptions, or regional transport bottlenecks.
1.3 Consignment Tracking and Delivery Verification
Upon dispatch from our centralized fulfillment hub, a unique tracking identifier will be generated and transmitted to the consumer via the communication channel provided at checkout (SMS or Email). It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to ensure availability at the designated delivery address. Courier personnel are authorized to attempt delivery a maximum of three (3) times before returning the consignment to our central facility as a failed delivery.
2. Return & Exchange Policy

For all approved return or exchange procedures, the consumer assumes absolute financial liability for all associated reverse logistics and re-shipping tariffs. Monvero will deduct the standard operational courier fees from any processed return value or apply a logistics surcharge to the exchange consignment, except in definitive scenarios where the item delivered possesses manufacturing defects or structural discrepancies verified by our quality assurance team.
2.3 Payment Framework Adjustments for Alternative Orders
While web-based orders utilize Cash on Delivery (COD) frameworks, any financial adjustments, credits, or balance payments required during an exchange process may be executed securely via digital bank transfer, or handled through Monvero's designated official social media communication channels under strict verification protocols.
3. Terms of Service
3.1 Binding Agreement and Storefront Governance

It remains the explicit obligation of the consumer to consult these frameworks or consult our official social media support channels for fit consultation prior to transaction finalization. Monvero disclaims structural liability for improper fit resulting from a consumer's failure to review provided size specifications.
3.3 Intellectual Property Protections
All creative assets manifested upon this platform—including brand graphics, text, custom layout styling, logo elements, photographic compositions, and digital code—are the exclusive intellectual property of Monvero and our engineering partners. Any unauthorized replication, structural cloning, or commercial exploitation of these assets is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate legal remedy.
